Office Interior Fit Out Project:
First Found the UK’s leading search engine consultants now occupy most of the first floor of the prestigious St. James’s Building on Oxford Road in the centre of Manchester. The company’s substantial growth has led to them expanding into recently available space to allow them to bring their entire operation together around a new central reception area to create a corporate identity that reflects their leading position within their sector.
Task Developments were asked to work for the building’s owners, Bruntwood, to provide the CAT A works and then liaise closely with Sharon Kovacs at First Found on the CAT B works to transform all of the newly enlarged office space and fit it out into a unique workplace for the rapidly growing search engine consultancy.
The office fit out refurbishment and substantial CAT A alterations included everything from new fibre optic links to two newly built comms rooms, a new data cabling installation and new power outlets to accommodate their expansion program. A new bespoke Directors Suite including private bathroom and shower facilities. New enlarged staff break out area and decentralised tea brew stations throughout the workspace have created an exceptional and dynamic working environment for everyone.
Central to the theme is a newly designed reception area strategically positioned between the three main areas to link the whole of the business together. The interior fit out has greatly improved departmental interaction and maintains and enhances First Found’s corporate identity.Contact Us
